- 2010 – Final Ranking of 7th in Virginia. Virginia State Tournament Quarterfinalist. Cavalier Athletic Conference Regular Season & Tournament Champions, season record 10-6-1. Coached Virginia State 1st Teamer (Isabelle Byers) as well as 4 All Conference DAC & 2 CAC 1st Teamers.
- 2010 – Received WS Directors Award for Coaching Excellence.

- 2010, Spring Off-Season – At Head Coach’s request, provided 6 in-practice training sessions, including Tactical Small-Sided direction as well as Individual Ball-Striking instruction.

- 2009 – Delaney Athletic Conference, DII, Conference & Tournament Champions, season record 11-8-2. Coached Virginia State 1st Team Honorable Mention (Jack Byers) and 4 All Conference DAC & CAC 1st Teamers.
- 2009 – Received WS Directors Award for Team Excellence.
- 2008 – Delaney Athletic Conference, DII, Regular Season Champions, season record 9-8-1. Took over a private high school boys varsity program with over a decade of losing seasons, and immediately posted the first winning record in school history, including a final ranking of 12th in the state.
- 2008 - Voted Coach of the Year, becoming the first DAC Coach to win the COTY award with two different schools (see Highland below). Coached 4 All Conference DAC 1st Team & 2 CAC 1st Teamers. Maintained a roster both seasons of over 18 players, which is roughly 30% of the high school boys population.
Real Montana Azul (RMA), Manager/Player/Coach, 2003-2008
- 2006 - FSL League and Tournament Champions (Fauquier Cup).
- 2003 - a local newspaper ran a Sports Section Front-Page article on the successful integration of both Latin and non-Latin players on same team, including solving language barrier issues.
- 2004-2001 - TOP 3 Qualifications for DC Copa Taca (ALL YEARS!), competed in Various Northern Virginia Hispanic Leagues, including Culpeper (18 Premier Teams from Roanoke/C'ville/etc) and Warrenton (18 Premier Teams from NoVA)
- 2001 - Founded a team of semi-pro adults for play in competitive local Hispanic Leagues, melding players from El Salvador, Mexico, England, Germany, and US, posting a winning record for all years played.
VISTA FC Fury 95, Head Coach, 2007-2009 (now playing as NVSC FC Fury 95)
- 2009 - Provided transition direction and education to the parent group to ensure long-term team viability as well as a smooth transition to the new Head Coach.
- 2007 - Founded a team of U12 Girls composed primarily of “rec” players. Provided an opportunity to local county girls to play on a competitive team without having to leave the county. Emphasis placed on both individual player development as well as cohesive team play.
- 2008 - Competed successfully against other “veteran” travel teams, posting a record through 3 seasons of 11-4-9, including 2 consecutive division promotions.
Highland School Boys Varsity Soccer, Head Coach, 1997-1998
- 1998 - Voted Coach of the Year for the DAC (Delaney Athletic Conference), posted a winning record in the team’s first year with a senior class. Served as Assistant Coach for this private school’s first year of varsity play.

FCSC Fauquier Soccer League, Founder/Commissioner, Fall 2006

- 2007 – Provided complete transition assistance to FCSC in identifying and transitioning league administration including front office training and successor commissioner consulting.
- 2006 – Founded Fauquier Soccer's (FCSC) first adult league overseeing all aspects of the league including policy & procedures, discipline, safety, securing law enforcement, field sighting & maintenance, marketing, sponsorships, and communications.
