Since I started coaching nearly two decades ago, I have acquired a great deal of content related to the game.  And, as the years have passed, some of that content has remained on web pages of the various teams I have coached and some has not.  Thus, this site is intended to be a repository of information for both how I view the game as well as how I approach the game, and how my approach has produced success for all those involved in the experience of the game.

My view of the "experience" of participating in the game of soccer, whether as a player, a parent, a coach, an administrator, an official, a fan, or just an interested observer, is that the experience must be fun!

So often, when we are in the heat of the moment, it can be difficult to identify a particular instant as "fun," but on the whole, when one looks back and reflects, if all those involved in the experience can describe it as fun, then those of us responsible for the experience have done our job.
